Team Presence

Team Presence is a calm attendance tool for the people responsible for clubs, operational groups, training sessions and recurring exercises.

It handles multiple groups, member imports, single events and recurring series. One tap marks attendance; excused, unexcused, open entries, notes and guests remain close at hand.

When a deputy takes over, one specific event is shared as a .teampresence file. They work offline, return the result and every status, note and guest change is previewed before import.

PDF reports for events, groups and individual members plus a full local backup provide dependable records.

The core works offline and private iCloud sync is optional. The free edition has fair limits; a one-time purchase removes them without a subscription.
